By accessing or using the tiddely-pom.com website and our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Description of Services
tiddely-pom.com provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, and related maintenance services. The specific scope of each service will be agreed upon at the time of booking or in a separate service agreement.
3. Booking and Cancellation
Bookings can be made through our website, by email, or by phone. You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by giving us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods specified at the time of booking. Quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs from what was initially described. Any disputes regarding payment must be raised within 7 days of the invoice date.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide a safe working environment for our staff, including access to water and electricity where required. You are responsible for securing or removing valuable items, fragile objects, and pets before our team arrives. You must disclose any hazardous conditions or special requirements that may affect the provision of our services.
6. Limitation of Liability
tiddely-pom.com and its staff shall not be liable for damage to items that were not disclosed as requiring special care, or for issues arising from pre-existing defects. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided for that visit. We carry appropriate insurance; claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of the service date.
7. Satisfaction and Complaints
We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@tiddely-pom.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a re-clean at no extra charge where appropriate.
8. Use of Website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use. Content on the site is for general information only and may be changed without notice.
